Evening Primrose Oil is derived from the seeds of the evening primrose flower, a plant native to North America. It has long been harvested for its use in traditional medicine, before being brought back to Europe as a natural remedy during the 17th century.
Packed with omega-6 fatty acids, particularly gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), evening primrose oil is often recognised for its anti-inflammatory effects on the body.
Each evening primrose oil capsule contains 500mg Evening Primrose Oil, providing 45mg GLA, and 325mg LA.
SUGGESTED USE
Swallow one softgel daily, with food or as advised by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the stated daily intake.
